**Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method.

**Note:** Sale items and opened hygiene products are non-returnable unless defective.
